30-Day Free Returns
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Weyais will cover the return shipping cost
- For non-quality-related returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in brand-new condition, and free of damage or wear.
- Item must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, power adapter, manual, and warranty card.
- Please include your original order information or packing slip inside the package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will provide a suitable solution, including:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Full refund
Warranty
All Weyais main products are covered by:
- 1-Year Limited Warranty (Full Unit)
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If your product qualifies for warranty service:
- We will repair or replace the defective product free of charge
- Claims made within 30 days of delivery include free return
- After 30 days, customers may be responsible for shipping costs
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Refunds
- Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 48 hours of placement.
- If already shipped, the order must go through the return process
