These Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the warranty service provided byWeyais (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) for all Weyais neck and shoulder massagers, massaging devices, and included accessories (collectively, the “Product”) purchased by end-user consumers (referred to as “you” or “your”). This warranty is only valid for products purchased from Weyais official website, authorized retail partners, or authorized resellers.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Weyais warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household and intended personal use, for a period of 12 months (one year) from the date of original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”).During the Warranty Period, Weyais will, at its sole and exclusive option:

  • Repair the defective Product or component using new or refurbished replacement parts, free of charge;
  • Replace the Product with a new or remanufactured Product of equivalent function, design, and value; or
  • Issue a refund in accordance with our return policy, if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.

Any repaired or replaced Product shall be covered by the remainder of the original Warranty Period or a 30-day limited warranty, whichever provides longer coverage. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end-user purchaser.

2. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This limited warranty does NOT apply to:

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper storage, water exposure, liquid spill, or physical impact;
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow product user manual, improper charging, use of non-original power adapters, or unauthorized voltage modification;
  • Normal wear and tear of exterior surfaces, silicone massage heads, fabric straps, and consumable components due to daily use;
  • Products with altered, removed, or illegible serial numbers, product labels, or branding markings;
  • Damage arising from unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or tampering by non-Weyais service personnel;
  • Cosmetic imperfections, minor scratches, or aesthetic changes that do not affect product functionality;
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, auction platforms, or non-authorized distributors;
  • Loss, theft, or incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (as described in Section 5).

3. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To request warranty service, you must:

  1. Submit a warranty claim within the Warranty Period; contact Weyais Customer Support via [support email] or Contact Us;
  2. Provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., original order confirmation, dated sales receipt, invoice);
  3. Provide detailed information: product model, serial number (if applicable), and a clear description of the defect or issue;
  4. Follow return instructions provided by Weyais support, including proper packaging of the defective Product;
  5. Pay any required return shipping fees, unless Weyais explicitly agrees to cover shipping costs in writing.

Weyais reserves the right to reject incomplete or invalid claims, or claims submitted outside the Warranty Period.

4. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the Product solely for personal, household use in strict compliance with the user manual and safety instructions;
  • Provide accurate, truthful information when submitting a warranty claim;
  • Assist Weyais with reasonable troubleshooting steps before warranty service is approved;
  • Retain original proof of purchase for the duration of the Warranty Period.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
  • Weyais shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including loss of time, inconvenience, personal injury, property damage, or loss of use, arising from product defect or breach of warranty;
  • Our total aggregate liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the defective Product.

6. Governing Law & General Provisions

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Product was purchased, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.Weyais reserves the right to update or modify these warranty terms at any time without prior notice; provided, however, that modifications shall not adversely affect the warranty coverage of Products purchased prior to the effective date of such changes.
